Installation and Usage
It is composed of three-phase compensation transformer, three-phase regulating trans-former insulating transformer, transmission system, brush contact system, box body and control systemand so on. The three-phase regulating transformer cylindrical winding outline is processed through polishing and removing the insulation, being smooth conductor surface so as to get good contact for electronics brush; The transmission system composes of electric motor and worm gear, chain wheel, chain link. The electronics brush system structure is reasonable and reliable to guarantee the pressure of the brush; The box body is the seal cabinet type with small volume, good radiating,high-lighting position of examination the measuring appliance, accurate instruction.
Principle of work
SBW series voltage regulator is composed of three-phase compensation transformer TB, three-phase voltage regulator TUV voltage examination unit, motor control and transmission system, contact function circuit and protection circuit. Its electrical schematic diagram shown as Figure I.
The primary winding of the regulating transformer TUV connects as Y shape in the out terminal of voltage regulator, the secondary windings connects compensation transformer principle of work, compensation principle of work, shown as FigurellEg: If does not count the impedance drop of compensation transformer, then Figure II: Uao=Uai+Uac
In the formula: Uai voltage regulator A phase input voltage.
Uao i voltage regulator A phase output voltage.
Uac < voltage regulator A phase compensation voltage.
Its principle is: When A phase input voltage Uai increases A Uai, the compensation voltage Uac also correspondingly changes as A Uac also A Uac= A Uai, makes A phase output voltage Uao to maintain invariable, with the same principle B, C also is so. Its constant voltage process is: According to the change of output voltage, sampling, examination and output the signal control motor SM rotation by the voltage examination unit, and has the chain link after the reduction gear to lead the set of brushes on regulating transformer TUV to skid (or roll) so as to adjust the secondary voltage of voltage regulator, change the polarity and the size of the compensation voltage, and then realizes the output voltage auto stable in the constant voltage precision permission scope, thus achieves the purpose of the automatic constant voltage.
Installation and Wiring
1. Below 225kVA voltage regulator connection and coil in: Input power source A, B, C three-phase wire introduces from the cabinet underneath through the current transformer, (number of turns according to data plate request) connects to the pile head of air switch of the inside cabinet (marks input wiring A, B, C letter).
2. Above 320kVA voltage regulator connection and coil in: Input power source A, B, C three-phase wire connects the copper busbar which is the pile-head of the air switch (or air circuit breaker) corresponding (there is letter of output voltage A, B, C marked on busbar).
3. Connection line between cabinets and multi-cabinets products: The connection line between double cabinet, four cabinets and product cabinet may select which are not smaller than 1 mm2 copper flexible cord on the cabinet terminal row wiring as per upper to down correspond connection.
4. Connection output line: there are various terminals on the voltage regulator marked "output voltage" that connects to the load. The connection specification is decided by the user as per the size of load, generally should be same as the incoming wire gage.
5. Cabinet protective earthing: earth connection gage to be supposed according to the related stipulation execution of local power
supply department, earth connection should connect to the pile-head in cabinet internal marked "earth connection", the earth connection resistance is supposed to be smaller than 0.4 .
6. The power source coil in wire gage should be selected by user according to the machine capacity size, the following Table is only for reference.
